People Operations Advisor

Our client, a UK headquartered tech business are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Advisor to deliver smooth, accurate and efficient HR processes across their employee lifecycle.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on administration, deadlines, and keeping workflows organised.

Reporting to the People Operations Manager, this role will support day-to-day People operations and collaborate with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and respond to employee queries.
  • Manage and respond to employee queries.
  • Assist People Business Partners documenting processes, tracking cases and prioritising tasks.
  • Administer onboarding, contracts, and IT coordination.
  • Support visa and contractor processes.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits cycles.
  • Keep shared drives and documentation organised.
  • Help track employee relations cases and prioritise tasks.
About You

You’ll have experience in HR administration and/or HR operations, with strong attention to detail and confidence handling data. You’re comfortable managing high volumes of administration, meeting deadlines, and using Excel and HR systems. Multitasking, prioritising and working at pace are all attributes that come naturally to you.

Ideally with experience in tech or engineering environments and familiarity with visa, payroll, or contractor processes would be useful to have.

This is a full-time permanent role based at the head office in Bristol. They offer a hybrid working pattern and an excellent benefits package.
