This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Flexible working - We work in a hybrid environment, where you will be required to come into our office in Melbourn, Cambridge two days a week.

You may have found it! You'll be working within the team that processes all administration elements of the employee lifecycle from job offer through to our employee's leaving PA. We are the first line for HR queries within the business and provide support to the wider people team.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Get to know the business through a large number of day-to-day queries and wider projects.
  • Create offer letters and contracts of employment, hire new employees on our HR System, and ensure all processes are followed to effectively onboard a new employee.
  • Work closely with the HR team in the UK as well as liaising with key contacts within the business.
  • There are many administration processes run by our team to support our employees through their time at PA and you will be responsible for administrating these processes from start to finish which include family leave related policies, sickness absence, sabbaticals, promotions, right to work requirements, leavers and changes to terms and conditions of employment to name a few.

This is a very varied and involved role as we are a team of 10 and complete an average of 700 processes per month. It’s a busy and friendly environment, where no one day is the same!

Qualifications
  • You’ll have experience working in an administrative role.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Collaboration and good communication.
  • HR experience not required, but hugely advantageous.
