About the Role
Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator looking to develop your career in HR? We’re looking for a [Job Title] to join our collaborative and high-performing People team. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering a comprehensive People administration service across the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. You’ll also be a key point of contact for employee queries, maintain accurate records in our HR system (Workday), and support key People projects.

Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices is desirable
A high level of confidentiality and discretion
Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems (experience with Workday is a plus)
A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to use initiative and confident in supporting continuous improvements in the team
