A national health organization in Cardiff is seeking a P&OD Assistant Business Partner to support strategic People initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce planning, employee relations, and coaching line managers. Benefits include flexible working and 28 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays. This role aims to enhance the overall performance of the organization by fostering effective communication and collaboration.
We are offering this post as a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. We also welcome applications on a secondment basis.

As a P&OD Assistant Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the P&OD Team to influence and drive the strategic People agenda. Working closely with the Senior People Business Partner and POD Business Partner, you will deliver a proactive and professional business partnering service, focusing on workforce planning, resource availability, and line management coaching for complex ER cases within your designated Directorates.
Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is an expert national body and part of NHS Wales. We work in partnership with NHS Wales colleagues and other key stakeholders to provide national digital and data services which support the delivery of health and social care in Wales. Modern health and care services depend on good digital tools, data and information.
