Job description

We are seeking a proactive People Insights Manager to join our People Team on a reduced hours basis (3 days per week). This role is crucial for transforming People data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and embody our core values: Change the Game, Win Together, Free to be Me, and Customer First, Always.

This position is ideal for someone starting their career in People Analytics or seeking a new challenge. If you have a passion for data, storytelling through reports, and an interest in AI's potential in people analytics, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do
  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic HR initiatives and measure results.
  2. Focus on the "So What" of the data, ensuring insights are actionable and relevant to the People Function and business leaders.
  3. Present findings and recommendations compellingly, tailored to different audiences to facilitate informed decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with the wider business and People team to understand their data needs and deliver insights supporting their objectives.
  5. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of People data through robust data management practices.
  6. Promote data literacy within the People team and other stakeholders by providing training and support on analytics tools and techniques.
How you’ll do it
  1. Prior experience in analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  2. Ability to present findings and recommendations convincingly, tailored to different audiences.
  3. Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis and uncover deeper insights.
  4. Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  5. Stay updated on trends and advancements in people analytics and AI technologies.
