Position:
Position: People/HR Coordintator
Salary: £30,000 (DOE) per annum
Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday)
Location: Remote
We are seeking an experience People/HR Cordintator to join our People Team, working in a remote basis. We are looking for someone to support and partner the People and Talent team through our People standards and systems, enabling our strategic people initiatives across our companies to develop and make an impact through our business partners.
You will focus on aligning your strong administrative experience with our award-winning people strategies and effective systems ensuring our colleagues get the best experience, learning and perform at their very best.
You will follow HR best practice, maintain the HR inbox and support with triaging queries to the relevant department, including people, talent and learning and development.
Role Responsibilities
- Respond and triage internal and external queries, providing support and assistance where appropriate or escalating to the relevant team
- Support with key tasks and projects within the annual people plans and wider people strategy
- Provide people standards support to the wider group
- Undertake key people processes to support People Business Partners including flexible working meetings, return to work process, stay interviews and exit interviews
- Support with the talent acquisition, onboarding and safer recruitment processes
- Any other duties as requested by the wider people team
- Schedule meetings and events, managing team meeting agendas and actions/coordination of actions and the People Plan
- Support with the creation of people metrics, scorecards and dashboards alongside People Business Partners to analyse performance and key people data
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
- CIPD Level 3 Human Resources qualification
- Level 3 Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience
Knowledge And Experience
- Experience working in a People Team / HR department
- Knowledge of employment law, safer recruitment legislation and GDPR
- IT literate with advanced MS Office skills including Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proven experience managing administrative tasks including maintaining personnel files electronically, issuing contracts of employment and support with onboarding of new colleagues
- Proven experience performing administrative duties

- Self-motivated and able to complete tasks to a high standard without close supervision
- Strong organisational skills, with good attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure to achieve a goal
- Able to work as part of a fast-paced dynamic team
