About the role

  • In your role you'll be a learning specialist who partners with the people experience centre of excellence to design, plan, execute, support delivery, and monitor impact of all learning for the people experience agenda.
  • You'll use learning design and specialist knowledge to ensure our training for all the agendas across people experience are best in class, and designed to impact a positive people experience.
  • Also be responsible for the content oversight and ownership of experienced hire induction in collaboration with the wider P&C team, this will include induction for new joiners as well as those returning to work after a period of long-term leave.
  • Review and assess all learning needs across people experience to set out a focused plan that ensures delivery that is timely and impactful, and in line with the talent development frameworks and approach.
  • Bring best practice insights to support the content creation and delivery of training across the full remit of the people experience agenda.
  • Act as a learning and development Subject Matter Expert and work closely with wider P&C team and business stakeholders to ensure design and delivery of relevant and integrated programmes has adult learning principles at the core and results in impact and behaviour change.
  • Ensure the firm is innovative in its approach and up to date in the arena of people experience development to support its future strategic goals.
  • Work with external third parties to communicate, organise, ensure attendance, as well as measuring impact of content across the people experience agenda.
  • Coordinate specific development projects within the portfolio, working with guidance to influence multiple stakeholders. Co-ordinate content from various sources/business areas.
  • Identify and partner with business content experts and external providers to support development initiatives and projects. Accountable to set up and lead these projects, working with guidance from the senior team.

  • Experience of managing content development and delivery including facilitation skills, in a way that is inclusive for various learning needs.
  • The ability to consult, leading to the definition and understanding of problems, leading to the development of appropriate solutions.
  • Takes responsibility and operates at pace in a collaborative way to deliver high quality outcomes.
  • Collects and analyses management information to assess the impact of activities aligning to wider KPIs, to measure the effectiveness of the portfolio's initiatives and interventions.
  • Deep understanding of inclusion and embeds this within the service line/business unit talent management and development strategy to ensure equity of opportunity for all.
