To support the People Experience team in delivering core HR services while gaining exposure to more complex areas such as employee relations, policy application, data reporting, and people initiatives. As a key point of contact for employees and managers, you’ll contribute to a positive employee experience, support line managers in navigating day-to-day HR matters, and help the business maintain compliance with employment law.
Job Location: 40 High Street, Street, Somerset, BA16 0EQ
Schedule: Monday - Thursday at head office, Fridays remote.
