Qualifications and Skills:

  • Management experience in a fast-paced HR advisory or coordinator role, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to travel across offices including London, Colchester, Maidenhead, and Maidstone.
  • Experience in professional services (desirable).
  • Willingness to assist with routine tasks and to 'muck in' as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability to manage a heavy workload with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to HR strategy aligned with the firm’s Business Plan, focusing on Resourcing, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.
  • Participate in HR planning and review meetings.
  • Manage projects and priorities as directed by the Senior HR Manager, ensuring timely delivery within resources.
  • Review and improve HR processes, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Meet regularly with Engagement Partners and People Operations Partners to provide HR updates.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and management information.
  • Advise on employment legislation and HR policy updates.
  • Stay informed on HR best practices and contribute to policy development.
  • Support communication of HR policies and procedures across the firm.
  • Consult with staff on HR matters as needed.
