Main responsibilities:

  • Execute global strategies and processes across GBU/GF with local adaptation
  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and culture implementation
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to deliver local people priorities
  • Support implementation and evolution of the People & Culture operating model
  • Manage employee relations matters and concerns with appropriate escalation paths
  • Provide expert guidance on People & Culture policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support the business with organisational changes
  • Champion the adoption of self-service tools (ESS/MSS) and support digital transformation initiatives within People & Culture
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities
  • Drive talent management initiatives and development programs
  • Guide managers and employees through the performance management cycle
  • Facilitate year-end calibration processes in partnership with People Business Partners
  • Support implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and provide coaching guidance
  • Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning activities with Managers

About you

Experience: Demonstrable success in an HR/People & Culture role in a Multinational Company Environment, has handled complex cases / projects across Employee Relations, Organisational Change and Organisational Development.

Previous experience in HR Reorganisations and Comp Cycle Management

Soft skills: People and Patient focused, highly motivated and agile, ability to work with different groups across the organisation.

Education: Degree in HR or Business-related discipline.
