Hours: 37 hours per week- Derby with hybrid working from home and some travel as needed to deliver training

Amber Mace is proud to be working on behalf of a highly respected care provider to recruit a People Development Trainer. This is a key role supporting colleagues and managers across the organisation, helping to deliver inspiring, effective training with a clear focus on outcomes and professional growth.
What You ll Be Doing:
• Designing and delivering engaging, blended learning for colleagues at all levels from soft skills and wellbeing training to leadership development.
• Facilitating training both face-to-face and via webinar platforms.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content is aligned with regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Evaluating learning outcomes to continuously improve delivery.
• Managing training schedules, attendance, and learning records using internal systems.
What We re Looking For:
• A recognised Level 3 (or above) qualification in training or learning and development.
• Experience working in the health and social care sector.
• A proven track record of designing and facilitating engaging, effective training for a diverse audience.
• Confident delivery style across different mediums in-person and online.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with emotional intelligence and adaptability.
• A self-starter who s enthusiastic, imaginative, and committed to high standards.
Additional Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay overnight as required.
• Flexible and proactive approach to working hours and demands.
