We are looking for a People Development Coordinator to join us and play a crucial role in our People Development team. Working in our dedicated People Development team and reporting into our Senior People Development Partner, you will be a play a key part of an internal service responsible for development, improvement & delivery of professional training programmes for our people. You will carry out a hands on role coordinating the delivery of people developmentprogrammes, contributing to the overall delivery of Gleeds people strategy byenhancing knowledge, skills and engagement. You will communicate and engage with stakeholders and business unit leads across the UK and globally, support internal teams and external agencies to coordinate training programmes for Gleeds employees. You will need experience working in a People or Human Resources team, ideally with prior exposure to L&D functions along with knowledge of L&D theory and the learning cycle.Responsibilities
