A leading specialist advisor in business sales seeks a People & Development Advisor in London. This role involves delivering essential HR support, managing operational tasks, and contributing to strategic projects. The ideal candidate will possess a degree and be CIPD qualified, with solid HR experience and strong stakeholder management abilities. Purpose of the role
We require a People & Development Advisor to deliver exceptional HR support to managers and employees across the business. The People & Development Advisor will provide generalist support to the People & Development Business Partner and own key aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will provide day to day HR support but will also get involved in strategic projects.
