Whilst based in the UK the post-holder will be flexible to travel within EMEA as required for the successful execution of their duties.
The position
You will report temporarily into the Head of People & Culture Partnering UK&I, pending the establishment of a global P+C Project team delivering strategic people and culture transformation projects within our global organisation.
You will be assigned ownership of critical projects or asked to support and will be required to engage local stakeholders as required to ensure their successful tactical delivery. You will work with a variety of members of the wider team in delivering commercially focussed people solutions effectively, often internationally or across Business Units.
