Sysco, a leading foodservice provider in the UK, is seeking an HR Partner to join its people-focused HR team serving Grantham site. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will partner with site leadership to deliver proactive HR services that drive performance, engagement and growth, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development and change.

This generalist role requires strong stakeholder management, knowledge of employment law, and the ability to balance business needs with people

Qualifications

• Must be a strong HR generalist with partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and employee relations with experience handling complex matters.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to deliver proactive HR services.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, talent development, engagement and performance management.
• Use people data and insights to inform decisions and improvements.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to managers in a fast-paced environment.
