Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract | 6 months

We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to support the mobilisation of one of ISS’s largest contracts. This is a high-impact role with a strong focus on shaping the employee experience during a critical transition period.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to lead mobilisation, change, and people-focused projects — ensuring compliance and a positive, values-driven approach throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on people management and policy implementation
  • Lead mobilisation and organisational change projects
  • Deliver HR training and promote best practices
  • Support managers in building inclusive, effective teams
  • Report progress and risks to the Head of People & Culture
  • Engage stakeholders and champion open communication
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and procedures

About You

  • Experienced in HR advisory roles, with a strong grasp of UK employment law
  • Skilled in TUPE and managing union relationships
  • Able to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
