People & Culture Manager - Belfast - Permanent

MCS Group is delighted to partnering with a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation at an exciting point in its journey. Following a period of sustained growth and continued business transformation, they are now seeking a passionate People & Culture Manager to lead and evolve the people agenda.

The role:

As People & Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting organisational growth through strategic and operational HR leadership. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll lead on all people-related matters, driving a positive and high-performing culture, and ensuring the People function is aligned to the business's future goals.

The main responsibilities:

  • Leading the People & Culture function and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership

  • Embedding a values-driven, high-performance culture across the organisation

  • Partnering with managers to support leadership capability, engagement and development

  • Driving initiatives across talent acquisition, onboarding, L&D, and succession planning

  • Leading on employee relations, organisational design and workforce planning

  • Developing and evolving people policies and practices to support future growth

  • Championing ED&I and wellbeing initiatives to create an inclusive workplace

The ideal candidate:

  • CIPD qualified with strong generalist HR experience

  • Proven experience in a standalone or senior HR role, ideally within a growing or fast-paced business

  • Commercially minded, with the ability to balance people needs with business priorities

  • Passionate about culture, people development and creating inclusive workplaces
