A leading entertainment company based in Watford is seeking a People & Culture Partner to deliver HR support in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, knowledge of UK employment laws, and proficiency in HR systems like Workday. This role includes managing employee relations, supporting recruitment, and leading key HR projects to enhance workforce engagement and compliance.
As a People & Culture (HR) Partner you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team behind the magic at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter.
Based at Leavesden and reporting to the Senior People & Culture Partner, you will deliver a proactive, end-to-end HR generalist service. This includes partnering with Tours & Retail management as well as cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience, ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies, and contribute to the success of the wider Warner Bros. Discovery business.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
