Job Description

We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join the P&C Team at The Hoxton in London. Reporting into the People and Culture Partner, the role will support the People team and Operations teams across all four The Hoxton, London Hotels, with a focus on The Hoxton, Holborn and The Hoxton, Shoreditch.

What you’ll do…

  • Be the first point of contact for team questions & requests, supporting the People team
  • Manage administration throughout the employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, and offboarding
  • Act as HRIS system expert, updating Fourth with employee data
  • Oversee communication platform management, Connect
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, including paperwork and tech setup
  • Prepare and manage employee contracts & RTW checks
  • Organize and deliver weekly inductions for new starters
  • Collaborate on monthly reports on workforce metrics and DEI initiatives
  • Support talent attraction and recruitment activities
  • Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate pay
  • Assist with employee relations, conflicts, investigations, and grievances
  • Support training activities and employee benefits administration
  • Participate in engagement activities and visits to properties across London
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects with the People & Culture team
