Contract Type

Permanent. Reports to the Head of People & Culture and supports a HR Advisor.

Our award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor to support the People & Culture team.

As a People & Culture Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team and hotel by providing first-line HR advice and operational guidance to staff and managers, supporting recruitment, coaching and developing supervisory and managerial skills, supporting the design and delivery of learning initiatives, and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years’ experience at HR advisory level, supporting operational HR and ER matters proactively, analyzing and interpreting HR data, and a strong knowledge of UK employment law. Part or full CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) is required. Experience in hospitality, leisure, or tourism sectors is desirable but not essential.
