People Coordinator (12 month FTC)


Coastland College is a General Further Education College spread across two campuses — Weymouth and Dorchester. Responsibilities

About your role


We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time People Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries and will support and advise our people, helping to shape a culture where everyone can be the best they can be. This is a fast-paced, varied role requiring attention to detail and accuracy, solid HR knowledge, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly. You will be involved from recruitment to staff development, from systems to compliance and everything in between.
