In this role, you will help colleagues and managers navigate key moments throughout the employee lifecycle, from employment changes and everyday policy queries to leavers, employee relations support and feedback processes. You will keep our systems and records accurate, manage shared inboxes and provide a friendly and reliable service that helps colleagues feel supported and informed.

Working closely with the whole team, you will contribute to recruitment and engagement activities, support the effective delivery of people processes and identify opportunities to improve the way we work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the details right and is keen to build their career in HR while helping us deliver an efficient, inclusive and responsive people service.

About you

You are approachable, customer focused and solutions oriented, with strong communication skills and the confidence to respond to queries professionally and accurately. You will have experience in an administrative role and be known for your attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive information, maintaining accurate records or working within compliance-led processes. You take pride in producing high-quality work, can manage competing priorities effectively and are comfortable working independently while collaborating with colleagues across a wider team.
