The Opportunity

As our People Coordinator you are part of supporting and contributing to a high-energy and empowering culture. Reporting to our People Partner you will work closely with the wider team to deliver a pro-active, first-class people experience to drive and support high performance delivery.

This role is ideal for someone currently working at an administrative or coordinator level who has either some initial experience in a People function or is eager to launch their career in HR. If you\'re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and is excited about making an impact, this could be the role for you.

People Admin & Operations
  • Own all People admin across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, via our HRIS (HiBob)
  • Act as the first point of contact for People-related queries, providing timely and helpful support
  • Support the Office Manager with general office admin and provide reception cover when needed
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to People Ops processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Play a key role in supporting People initiatives and projects across the business
  • Lead the coordination and logistics of monthly All Hands meetings
  • Support with internal comms related to People updates
People Data
  • Ensure accuracy in all of our people data across all systems
  • Own monthly team reporting, including payroll and employee data reports
  • Support with the creation of robust and insightful people metrics
  • Support the wider people team with ad-hoc data analysis or data request from the wider business
Champion our Culture
  • Alongside our People Partners, champion our engagement platform, Office Vibe, to help develop strategies and programmes to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support the delivery of a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle with guidance from our People Partners
  • Be an active culture ambassador, contributing to the design and implementation of People initiatives that reflect and strengthen our company values
  • Genuine interest in employee experience, workplace culture, and a career in the People function
  • Strong admin skills with the ability to manage systems, processes, and a varied workload effectively
  • Confident building relationships at all levels
  • Ability to manage people related information in a confidential manner
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail and organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise and adapt to changing needs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with HRIS or similar systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with G-Suite is beneficial
  • Our Ways of Working: We all come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely or come into the office on the other days. We believe that in person collaboration and community spirit is super important, which is why we spend some of our time in the office and some of our time at home.
  • Time Off: In addition to the 8 statutory bank holidays, you will receive 29 holidays per year. Lyst’s holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March.
