A dynamic fire safety consultancy is seeking a People Coordinator to deliver a high-quality people experience across the business. This hands-on role involves managing onboarding, maintaining HR systems, and supporting employee development in a hybrid working environment. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, with a background in HR administration.

Hours:37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

About the role:
As a People Coordinator at Ashton Fire, you’ll play a central role in delivering a smooth, consistent, and high-quality people experience across the business. This is a varied and hands-on role, responsible for the day-to-day coordination of core People activities.
You’ll be a key point of contact for the team, supporting both employees and managers while helping to improve how we attract, develop, and retain great people. From ensuring new starters feel supported, to keeping our HR system running smoothly and contributing to projects, your work will have a direct impact on the employee experience at every stage of the journey.
