Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on policies and processes to ensure compliance with regulations, and consistent application of practices, leveraging metrics to identify employee relations trends and diagnose organizational effectiveness.
  • Apply employee relations expertise and employment law to identify issues, risks, gaps, and problems; execute solution-focused strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with partner groups, including legal, investigations teams, Employee Engagement, and People Partners, to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Mentor managers on handling employee relations issues, conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct, and evaluate workplace behaviors.
