To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented People Communications & Employee Engagement Manager to join the NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Department Size: 6 (Approx.)

Reporting into: Head of HR NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

  • Lead the creation of a comprehensive, tailored employee engagement and internal communications strategy for NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER, working closely with HR, both CEOs, and key stakeholders across the business
  • Develop and deliver initial high-impact written and visual content for each storefront on the new internal communications platform
  • Set up templates, content calendars, tone-of-voice guidelines, and best practices for consistent and user-friendly post-contract use
  • Ensure each storefront's platform is engaging, accessible, and aligned with company values and culture by collaborating cross-functionally to gather insights and deliver targeted, meaningful content
  • Build a detailed handover plan including strategy, governance, a ready-to-execute content roadmap, and feedback mechanisms like surveys and engagement check-ins for continuous improvement
The type of person we are looking for:

  • Proactive internal communicator with 5+ years' experience in employee engagement, content strategy, and launching internal platforms or campaigns
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with experience creating visual assets (e.g. Canva, Adobe) and using tools like SharePoint, Viva Engage, Staffbase, or similar
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and project management, with a collaborative, consultative approach and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable crafting compelling, audience-appropriate written and visual content; brings structure to ambiguity with sustainable processes and tools.
  • Highly organized and outcome-focused, with a passion for shaping employee experience and delivering impact within fixed timelines.
