  • Be a key point of contact with the Employee Hub (GBS) and the People Advisors coordinating any matters for escalation
  • Support for the control of the manpower plan/workforce planning.
  • Administration of HR and learning related initiatives
  • Provision of HR data and reports to the People Advisors and People Partners as required liaising with the Data Analytics team where required.
  • Provide support to the HR in delivery of the learning project, acting as the key contact for the Group Business Services (GBS) Learning Delivery/Operations team on detailed business requirements.
  • Support delivery of learning communications at a business level to build the culture of a 'learning organisation'.
  • Support change management projects and communications for HR initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents
  • Managing and responding promptly to day-to-day queries
  • Being involved in ad hoc projects as and when required.
  • Undertaking basic problem-solving activities and escalating to the HR Lead where necessary.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as organising events and maintaining HR documentation
