People Change Partner

Salary: £51,775

Location: South West (Hybrid)

Venn Group are currently working with a Housing Provider in the South West, who are seeking a People Change Partner to deliver end to end support to ensure the successful delivery of change management, including restructures and TUPE transfers.

Main duties of the job:

  • Ensure all consultation documentation for the organisational process is legally compliant
  • Continue to support and maximise on employment engagement initiatives during any organisational change and implement processes to mitigate the risks
  • Work with the Strategic Business Partner, the business, and the internal comms team to provide appropriate communication
  • Support leaders with the organisational change process to ensure appropriate timescales are adhered to at all times
  • Work with the L&OD team in identifying, developing, and implementing learning strategies and programme
  • Work with the business to drive, influence and support the cultural and people aspects of organisational change, structure and people processes and improvement initiatives
  • Supervision and development of one People Coordinator (Change)
  • Create leader information, guidance templates and documents relating to your area of responsibility and activities, ensuring these are reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to leaders in Customer Services
  • Ensure organisational change cases are recorded, tracked, and proactively managed to conclusion or hand off to the relevant Strategic Business Partner

Essential Skills:

  • CIPD Level 7 / HR Management Degree or equivalent related qualification
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice to enable leaders to effectively manage their teams
  • Extensive knowledge & experience of supporting business leaders through organisational change
