People Change Analyst - 8 Months, FTC - Hybrid, Keynsham

The People Change Coordinator will support the People Strategy and Transformation Business Partner, as well as Project, Programme, or Portfolio Managers and their teams in delivering people change activities.

The People Change Coordinator will be involved in both hands-on daily delivery and strategic support for the People Strategy & Transformation BP.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring project plans to maintain schedules, People delivery, and tasks; supporting the wider PMO (within the Finance and Systems Transformation Programme) FaST team by maintaining risks, actions, issues, dependencies, documentation, and communication on all people/HR aspects.
  • Collaborating with the FaST PMO team, People Strategy & Transformation, and SOC HR regarding onboarding, starters, movers, leavers processes, and people data.
  • Supporting the People Strategy & Transformation BP in coordinating various people-related items within transformation plans or deliverables, producing reports, collating, analyzing, evaluating, and validating data, records, maintaining libraries, and registers.
  • Independently gathering information from multiple sources; analyzing, interpreting, summarizing data, and delivering insights.
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and other data metrics to track project progress and activity.

  • Change management experience—assisted with or played a role in change and transformation initiatives.
  • Clear communication skills—ability to convey thoughts, opinions, or information effectively through speech, writing, presentations, or reports.
  • Agility—comfortable working with ambiguity and able to shift focus quickly as needed.
  • Collaboration—willingness and ability to work effectively with others to achieve desired outcomes.
