Job summary
Alternative Futures Group is seeking a supervisory-minded role to support the Team Leader in delivering high-quality, person-centred services. You will advise staff, promote best practices, and ensure compliance with policies, regulations and CQC standards.
The role requires active involvement in care planning, staff development and service improvements, including safeguarding and risk management. AFG offers a comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Experience of person centred planning and review.
- Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
- Experience of undertaking staff supervisions / support.
- Experience of using IT systems in the management of service and people.
Responsibilities
- Support development, update and review of care plans with the Team Leader.
- Engage in assessment, planning, monitoring and reviewing of support.
- Promote butterfly moments by sharing stories across the team.
- Mentor staff in person centred approaches and policy adherence.
- Assist in staff rotas and induction of new staff.
