Job summary

Alternative Futures Group is seeking a supervisory/administrative support role focusing on person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities or mental health needs. You will assist the Team Leader with care plans, assessments, and quality-evidence of service delivery.

The role requires NVQ3 in management or care, experience in person-centred practices, and the ability to mentor staff while managing IT systems and safeguarding duties.

Qualifications

• Experience of person centred planning and review.
• Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
• Experience of undertaking staff supervisions / support.
• Experience of using IT systems in the management of service and people.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, update and review of care plans.
• Actively engage in assessment, planning, monitoring and reviewing of individuals’ support.
• Mentor staff in person centred approaches and best practice.
• Assist with staff rota planning and administration.
