Job Title: People Capability Leader – Supply Chain

Salary: From £45,628 depending on skills and experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading People Capability activity for Supply Chain through the development and delivery of the People Capability Strategy and Plan
- Working alongside the programmes to understand short- and long-term resourcing requirements
- Supporting hiring managers with recruitment activity to ensure consistency and effective candidate management across the function
- Supporting ad-hoc People Capability project delivery and implementation (e.g. development programmes, mentoring schemes)
- Embedding best practice throughout Supply Chain through standardisation of approach to people activity across teams within the function
Your Skills And Experiences
- Proven expertise within a supply chain and/or people capability environment
- Experience of supporting with recruitment activity
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to support informed decision-making
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build, grow, and influence networks beyond the immediate team to support collaborative efforts
- Good understanding of project management concepts and best practices
- Recognised professional qualification, such as CIPD or CIPS

The People Capability Team
The People Capability Team support the Supply Chain function to ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time in order to deliver our business goals. The team support the wider function to understand their resourcing needs, helping teams to meet these requirements. The team also support with projects to develop our most valuable resource, our people. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
