Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to support our People Campus, primarily in the Sherburn area with occasional duties in Doncaster. You will lead about 100 warehouse staff, ensuring engagement, training, coaching and strong performance across sites.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with a salary up to £29,000 per year, plus 25 days of annual leave and a company pension. Diversity and inclusion are emphasised within GXO.

• Ability to work to deadlines and multitask within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information for effective deployment of the People Campus team
• Ensure team and self comply with all procedures and standards
• Lead and motivate a team of around 100 staff to meet customer KPI targets and maintain low absence levels
• Collaborate with site management to understand qualifications, training, certification and MHE needs and build a skills matrix
• Identify operational issues and work with other departments to resolve them
