Job Description

Are you a dynamic and experienced HR professional ready to partner with a renowned brand? Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a multi-site Regional HR People Partner to deliver strategic and operational HR support across our venues, shaping the future of our people strategy.

This role will be field based and require regular travel across our venues:Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, 2x Glasgow, Blackpool, Newcastle, Stockton & Sunderland.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Regional Directors, General Managers and the People & Culture team to drive and embed effective HR practices.
  • Pro-actively lead on employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning across your region.
  • Coach and support managers on complex employee relations issues and performance management conversations
  • Champion our values and winning behaviours through our culture and learning programmes.
  • Analyse and interpret key HR and business metrics to influence decision-making and support business outcomes.
  • Deliver against our diversity, equity, compliance and regulatory initiatives.
  • Represent employee voice and drive positive change through collaborative engagement with our employee led networks, forums and Trade unions.
Qualifications
  • Strong generalist HR expertise with a working knowledge of employment law both current and future focused
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, operational environment Previous experience across in a multi-site, regional or field-based role would be preferential
  • Skilled in partnering with senior leaders and influencing strategic decisions making
  • Strong track record of delivering transformative people strategies within a matrix organisation
  • Experience in a unionised environment is an advantage.
