A growing technology company in the UK is seeking a People Business Partner who will drive people-focused strategies and support the company's culture. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of HR experience and strong skills in communication and strategic thinking. This role is fully remote and offers competitive compensation in line with industry standards.
Narvar is growing! Narvar is a late stage, fast paced startup and we’re currently looking for a People Business Partner to set the tone for Narvar’s culture. You will be responsible for driving people-focused strategies and solutions within a particular business unit and ensuring their successes align with the overall direction of the business.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of all HR best practices, be familiar and comfortable with having crucial conversations, and be confident aligning and communicating business objectives to employees and members of leadership teams. To be successful in this role you must have a proactive attitude toward solving employee and business issues and the ability to act as a strong thought-partner and leader for your business unit. Above all, you are passionate about the Narvar employee experience and support Narvar’s mission.
