We are seeking to appoint a People Business Partner to support us in our journey to give our pupils the best possible education. You will play a critical role in providing a responsive and high-quality HR service to a cluster of schools, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with employment law and regulations. Your proactive support in resolving and mitigating risks from employee relations casework will enable leaders to focus on their ambitions and drive for excellence.
You will be a true ‘partner’ to our schools by understanding their HR challenges comprehensively. The People Business Partner will operate on both proactive/strategic and reactive levels, supporting all applicable employee relations casework.
