Job summary

A leading home care provider seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead their people strategy in the UK. In this full-time role, you will partner with divisional leadership to enhance workforce engagement, drive cultural change, and improve colleague experiences. The ideal candidate has a strategic background in HR, strong analytical skills, and a CIPD qualification. Salary: £60,000 per year + car allowance

As a People Business Partner, you’ll lead the people strategy for your division, partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, engagement, and cultural change. What you’ll do

• Partner with divisional leadership to deliver workforce planning, talent, succession, and engagement strategies.
• Analyse people and business data to identify trends and inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with central People teams to implement frameworks, policies, and initiatives.
• Coach senior leaders to build capability and drive positive change.
• Lead high‑risk ER cases and manage key people risks.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for senior operational roles.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practice across the division.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a strategic People Partner in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and willingness to travel.
