You’ll be the key link between our People and Operations teams, supporting them across the entire employee lifecycle - from attracting top talent to nurturing our alumni network. You’re a proactive people professional who loves connecting with people and making things better. You’ve got experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment (hospitality experience is a bonus!) and a solid understanding of UK employment law and people practices. You’re energised by growth, collaboration, and a workplace where every day brings something new.

Most importantly, you’re aligned with our belief that when we care deeply for our teams, they’ll care deeply for our guests.

A full driving license and own transport are required, as travel between venues and to our Central Support Office is essential.
