Join our team and you’ll be responsible for overseeing the technical integrations and overall system architecture supporting the Workday platform. Working in thePeople Applicationsdepartment, you willensure seamless operation of integrations, monitor technical performance, and manage the adoption of system releases. This role is pivotal in maintaining a stable and secure Workday environment while driving technical innovation to meet business needs.You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connect, and custom APIs.

Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and functional teams to ensure integrations align with organizational goals.

Partner with the Functional Manager and wider People Applications team to manage system updates, ensuring all integrations are tested and optimized for Workday's biannual releases.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Provide technical guidance to members of the People Applications team.

Design and implement strategies to optimize Workday performance and scalability.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Workday integrations and technical architecture.

Proven experience in managing and developing Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and APIs.

Experience overseeing Workday system updates, including release cycle management and new feature adoption.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and system performance issues.

Experience collaborating with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
