What You'll Be Doing
HR Services is the first port of call for Camden. In this role you will provide a high-quality service to staff, past and present as well as line managers in relation to relevant policies and procedures. You will provide guidance and support on the use of Camden Policies and Procedures, sickness policies and advice to staff on Employee Benefits and performance schemes. In addition to this, you will work collaboratively with payroll officers, staff and key stakeholders to ensure a timely and responsive payroll service.

You'll have a 'can do' attitude and take personal responsibility to deliver objectives and support the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in HR.

All About you

To be successful in this role, you must have working knowledge of payroll and an understanding of Statutory and legislative payroll guidelines. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain rapport with internal and external specialists to keep ahead of emerging HR specialist trends, changes, ideas and innovations. You will have a good level of IT skills - MS Office (excel, outlook, etc.) and extensive Payroll experience.
