Description
Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Specialist to support our HR function and drive a positive culture within our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes to drive a high-performance culture.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity within the Mid Ulster area, with flexible start & finish times. You will work independently, communicating effectively at all levels to get the best out of people and maintain a real emphasis on relationship building.

The successful candidate will have strong and up-to-date knowledge and experience of employment law, as well as IT and system savvy skills, with previous experience operating HRMS and other software applications.
