What you do

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role reports to the Global HRD - Operation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing senior stakeholders and developing comprehensive project plans for HR initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to drive projects to successful completion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for HR projects. Facilitate regular meetings and communications with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets for HR initiatives, utilizing data analytics and AI tools to enhance project insights and drive informed decision-making. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, achievements, and areas for improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR projects and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and refine project management methodologies and tools.


What you bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within HR or a related area.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
