People and Culture Advisor

Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to support their management team in all areas of people operations. If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced and diverse environment, and genuinely care about people, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As People & Culture Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering the HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, staff retention, performance management, and payroll coordination. You’ll analyse relevant data and metrics to help ensure the property operates at peak performance.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping a positive and engaging workplace culture that motivates our team. Reporting to the Director, you’ll also collaborate closely with Heads of Departments to support their people needs, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in a hands-on, standalone role. Beyond the daily HR responsibilities, you’ll also have the chance to work strategically with both the Director and Group People Director to drive team performance and make a real impact.

This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days per week).

  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities
  • Self-driven and results-oriented

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous HR Advisor experience
  • Hospitality or hotel industry background (desirable but not essential)
  • Basic understanding of employment law
  • Familiarity with:
  • Fourth Payroll (preferred but not required)
  • Flow LMS
  • Recruit Genie ATS
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (preferred, but we’re open to supporting further study for the right candidate)
