About the role

As part of the People and Change team, you will work closely with clients, establishing trust and credibility to build effective relationships.

You should be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, believing that the best solutions come from collaboration and exchange of ideas.

We seek a problem solver, creative thinker, and self-starter who is organized, proactive, and inquisitive. Ideally, you will have experience in Transformation projects, demonstrating the value delivered to organizations you have worked with. You should be comfortable managing people, multiple stakeholders, and juggling deadlines.

You will contribute to client proposals and presentations, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients identify, analyze, and solve their business challenges.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading and supporting large-scale transformation projects, especially in people, organization, and change management.
  • Strong academic background, preferably with a relevant or business-focused degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications).
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in data analysis from multiple sources, using critical thinking to identify requirements/issues, create insights, and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be a team player, capable of working in virtual teams and independently.
  • Proactive, organized, and self-motivated.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Alignment with RSM’s core values: excellence, teamwork, integrity, respect, and stewardship.
  • Change management or HR qualification/accreditation (e.g., Prosci, CIPD).
  • Understanding of HR policies and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience applying models and methodologies such as ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall.
  • Experience facilitating workshops.
  • Experience designing and delivering training (including instructor-led, e-learning, digital adoption platforms).
  • Knowledge of HR and broader business process design.
  • Experience with key HR systems like Workday, MS365 HR, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or other LMS platforms.
