Job summary

Zopa Bank in London is seeking a hands-on People Analytics Lead to drive adoption of the OneModel platform, build self-service reporting, and deliver meaningful insights to senior leaders, the Executive Committee and the Board.

You will maintain governance, partner across People, Finance and Technology, and collaborate with external vendors to create a scalable analytics capability that informs workforce decisions and improves organisational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or developing an enterprise people analytics platform.
• Experience with OneModel, Visier, Workday People Analytics, ChartHop or similar.
• Strong experience with people data, reporting and analytics.
• Experience creating dashboards and self-service BI solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills and data from multiple systems.
• Good understanding of data governance, data quality and master data management.
• Experience managing vendors or implementation partners.
• Confidence presenting insights to senior leaders and boards.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the OneModel roadmap, prioritising business needs and platform enhancements.
• Develop dashboards, metrics and self-service reporting for colleagues and senior leaders.
• Produce Executive Committee and Board reporting, plus ad hoc analysis.
• Maintain accurate people, organisational and headcount data.
• Partner with Finance to create a single source of truth for workforce reporting.
• Manage implementation partners, Technology teams, and third-party vendors.
• Improve data governance, reporting definitions and documentation.
• Automate manual processes and standardise reporting across the People team.
• Support Reward, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development with actionable insight.
• Use data storytelling to turn analysis into clear business recommendations.
