We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a People Analytics Consultant to join our People Analytics and Insights team.

Job Type: Permanent

Location: This role can be based from any of the Phoenix Offices - London/Wythall/Telford/Edinburgh, with time spent working from the office and at home as needed.

Salary and benefits: Up to £60k, DOE plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days, and much more.

The role

As a People Analytics Consultant at Phoenix, you will work with the Head of People Analytics & Insights, alongside a small team of other consultants, to:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand current and future needs.
  • Help educate the wider People Function and beyond to become increasingly data-driven in decision making.
  • Deliver insights by supporting strategically aligned projects that inform organizational decision-making.

You will utilize our systems, including Visier, Org Vue, and Oracle HCM Cloud. You should be innovative, curious, willing to challenge the status quo, and passionate about delighting customers.

This is a critical role where your contributions matter!

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic goals, identify analyses, and make recommendations for insights.
  • Develop and deliver in-depth analysis of workforce data, interpret findings, and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Establish and maintain a People Analytics operating rhythm, including KPI reporting and presentations.
  • Design and deliver training and support for analytics platforms.
  • Stay current with trends and best practices in people analytics, and look for process improvements.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in People Analytics, with the ability to tell stories using data and understanding of the Employee Lifecycle.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across departments and levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating strategic priorities into insights.
  • Experience with cloud People Analytics systems like Visier and OrgVue, and HR systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud is preferred.
