A leading grocery retailer in London is seeking a Team Manager for HR Analytics and Total Rewards. In this hybrid role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering HR data analysis, reporting, and designing compensation strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience with HR systems like SAP. This newly created role combines the leadership responsibility for two key strategic HR areas; People Analytics and Total Rewards. As Team Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of HR experts to deliver the required HR KPIs, Data and Reporting the business needs to operate effectively, as well as providing more in-depth people analytics to support strategic business decisions. In addition, you will be responsible for the design and execution of the annual total reward strategy (compensation & benefits) to ensure a competitive, market -oriented and cost effective remuneration package is offered for all colleagues nationally.
