Your role in a nutshell

If so, we would love you to join our team as a People Analyst- on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will leverage data and analytics to influence strategic HR and business within business as usual and transformation projects.

More About The Role

Manage HR KPI reporting; including headcount, turnover and sickness reportingPartner with People Leaders to provide valuable analytics, dashboards and insights that support business decision makingEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations whilst managing and analysing dataWork with the People Tech team on reporting enhancements and efficiencyWork with the People Services team to identify business process improvements to improve data accuracyPrepare and present data driven reports to stakeholders highlighting key insights and recommendationsGather, analyse and interpret HR data providing actionable insights that support the project team and wider people team

What We Look For

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skillsPresenting complex analysis in a structured and clear way verbally, in writing and for presentationsCritical thinking capacity to approach problems methodicallyInnovative solutions, ability to develop creative and data driven solutions to address challengesSelf-motivated and process driven, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment, working to deadlines and using own initiativePrevious experience working within a HR analytical roleStrong background in HR systems and reportingAdvanced Excel; including pivot tables, and data visualisation tools for presenting dataHRIS Systems - familiarity with Success FactorsPower BI desirable but not essentialPresentation software skills in Microsoft PowerPoint to create engaging presentations for stakeholders
