Job description

A leading global professional services firm is seeking a People Analyst to join its Birmingham-based People Team.

The team supports the full employee lifecycle and works to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative culture across the firm.

The Role

The People Analyst plays a key role in supporting transformation initiatives and people-related projects. Reporting to the Senior HR Transformation Manager, the role combines data analysis, project coordination, and administrative support. The successful candidate will handle confidential matters with discretion and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support global projects and processes within the Transformation and Projects team

  • Use analytical techniques to interpret data and identify trends

  • Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant reporting

  • Maintain documentation and systems supporting global HR processes

  • Participate in the firm’s Responsible Business program

  • Perform additional tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate
  • Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word)

  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to present data clearly and visually

  • Strong project and process management abilities

  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

Working Environment
