Job Summary

People Advisor (Fixed Term - 12 months)

Department: People Team

Reports to: Head of People

Location: Head Office

Rate of Pay: £32,804.20 - £35,921.08 (pro-rata)

Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible)

Job Purpose

Working as part of the People Team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier HR services, offering guidance, and creating a positive, people-centric work environment. As a People Advisor, you'll lead key people initiatives, ensuring a high-quality employee experience to support the organisation's success.

The role is fixed term for 12 months with the potential to become permanent.

All posts within KA Leisure are subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003, as amended, or the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.

Regulated Work with Children/Protected Adults:

Candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check before a formal offer is made. The cost (£59 for scheme membership and £18 for updates) will be deducted from wages after employment begins.
